“Epstein countries” and “Mullah state”
Why the world labels us “Epstein countries”

(8 May 2026) Should we regard it as pure propaganda when the “West of values” is denounced as “Epstein countries” in other parts of the world? – Of course it is propaganda. – Just as it is propaganda to refer to Iran as a “Mullah State”. Whilst a form of theocracy does indeed prevail in Iran, the informed reader finds it difficult to make sense of the term “Epstein countries”. Why “Epstein countries”? What do we have to do with Epstein? In the countries of the Middle East and the South, they evidently see things differently.
“Epstein” has now become synonymous with the politically and financially corrupt, inhuman collusion of Western ruling elites. Except in the West itself. – Hence a reminder.
Connections right to the top
It has since emerged from the “Epstein Files” that Jeffrey Epstein “maintained” a network of contacts reaching right into the nerve centres of political, economic and scientific decision-making.1 Through “friends”, Epstein was kept informed of the biggest deals – worldwide.2 As an insider, he was able to make use of top-secret documents.3 Through his “contacts”, Jeffrey Epstein was able to influence or even initiate various decisions and developments within governments, corporations or institutions.4 From this, Epstein derived enormous personal benefits for himself and his circle – without moral scruples.
Shocked, Nancy Mace, a member of the US Congress, remarked after being allowed to view the unredacted Epstein files in February 2026 that so many influential politicians were involved that there would be little chance of serious consequences.5
Who was Jeffrey Epstein?
Who was Jeffrey Epstein? Jeffrey Epstein was not just anyone. To describe his sphere of influence, three relationships from his email correspondence are worth mentioning. – In an email to Peter Thiel (Palantir), he described himself as a representative of the influential Rothschild banking family. – A close associate of Epstein’s was the later Prime Minister of Israel, Ehud Barak. He was one of his trainers in the Mossad. – Together with Barak and Peter Thiel, he invested in companies in the Israeli surveillance and espionage sector. Companies whose products are used in Gaza and Lebanon today.6
Global criminal network
Epstein’s extensive email correspondence reads like a “Who’s Who” of Western elites. His email contacts included, for example, the “philanthropist” Bill Gates, who wields enormous influence over the World Health Organisation (WHO). With him, he discussed not only private matters but also topics such as pandemics and vaccinations – and did so long before the Covid pandemic.7 Epstein’s activities extended as far as Geneva, to the WHO headquarters.
But the fact is, all of this would already be alarmingly corrupt: a web of connections beyond any democratic control, reaching right up to the very highest levels of decision-making. A give-and-take for mutual benefit at the expense of others.
Abused, impregnated and murdered
The media “Epstein scandal” was sparked by reports that minors had been impregnated, held captive and, in some cases, murdered on his private island. What is particularly damning is that Epstein was a popular host to Western elites – on this very island. Using hidden cameras and microphones, Epstein and, by extension, his clients amassed extensive blackmail material on leading figures.
Even after it was established in court in 2008 that Jeffrey Epstein had abused minors, visits to him continued. He himself was able to go about his business relatively unhindered in 2008, during his “sentence”, which resulted from a plea bargain.
Too many “accidents” and “suicides”
In the context of the investigations surrounding the Epstein case, there have been – and continue to be – repeated astonishing inconsistencies, such as a high rate of “suicides” and “accidents”. Key witnesses meet with tragic accidents, while others retract their statements. Meanwhile, Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal accomplice, Gislaine Maxwell, a daughter of media tycoon Robert Maxwell, is serving a short, luxurious, preferential prison sentence. People from Donald Trump’s immediate circle were involved in arranging for her prison conditions to be exceptionally improved.8
Parallels with the “Dutroux” case in Belgium or other unsolved abuse scandals involving high-ranking politicians and lawyers are striking. There, too, a conspicuously large number of witnesses and former victims died or disappeared.9
The question of how and where the minors were recruited for Epstein’s circle, and whether they are still alive, remains unanswered.
For a handful of billionaires …
The international connections within the Epstein network, reaching right up to the very highest decision-making centres of the Western world, speak volumes about the state of the countries concerned.
To cite a few European contacts by way of example: the Norwegian Borg Brende, who headed the World Economic Forum (WEF); Thorbjørn Jagland, former Norwegian Prime Minister, ex-Secretary General of the Council of Europe and then-member of the Nobel Committee; the Norwegian Ambassador Mona Juul and her husband, who, amongst other things, accompanied the negotiations on the Oslo Accords between Israel and Palestine. The former British Chief of the Cabinet Office Morgan McSweeney, his compatriot Peter Mandelson, a former British minister, former EU Commissioner and, at the end of his career, Ambassador to the US until 2026; French President Emmanuel Macron; the former Minister of Culture Jack Lang, as well as the former Swedish President of the UNHCR, Joanna Rubinstein. These are just a few names from the political sphere; Epstein’s relationship with his contacts was in some cases very close (visits to private islands) or conducted through intermediaries. (Epstein operated with a similarly extensive network in the fields of business, science and culture).
Political and economic decisions affecting the welfare of millions of people depend on networks of compliant, corrupt or blackmailable individuals. The term “Epstein countries” is taking shape.
Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein’s paths crossed in the 1980s. Their circles of friends and acquaintances had a significant overlap. This also included so-called political opponents, such as the Clintons, who themselves maintained diverse contacts with Jeffrey Epstein. Some individuals from this overlap now hold key positions within Trump’s political circle.10
… and Trump right in the middle of it
Donald Trump’s campaign promise to disclose all Epstein files turned out to be empty rhetoric. On the contrary. Most of the files remain sealed, and the released files are largely redacted. And Trump no longer allows any official investigations.
“Epstein”? Who were his clients? To what extent do these structures still exist today? An official investigation into the connections and dealings is still pending. A few scapegoats have been made in various European countries, and a brief search was carried out at a branch of the Rothschild Bank.11 That’s it. The international network remains intact. Everyone covers for everyone else. Investigations are sabotaged, actively obstructed or not even initiated in the first place. The term “Epstein countries” is becoming more concrete.
“Perfidious” under international law
Now, some “Epstein countries” are waging a war of aggression against Iran in violation of international law. (The motivation traces back to the Epstein network.12) It is in breach of international law, among other reasons, because at the end of February – in the middle of negotiations with Iran – one of the negotiating parties, namely the US, launched a surprise military attack, firing missiles at the Iranian leadership. – In the middle of the negotiations. – Under international law, this behaviour is classified as “perfidious”. – Who made this decision, why, and who was involved? “Epstein countries”.
It is becoming clear that neither the US nor Israeli government officials feel bound by the rules and laws that the world has developed over the past 500 years.13 And standing alongside them, albeit hidden from the media, are government officials from the UK, France and Germany.14 Is that any surprise?
They profit both from financing the wars through loans (for the purchase of weapons, equipment, pay, etc.) and from the loans required to fund reconstruction.15 Ordinary citizens may pay for the whole thing with their lives, but certainly through taxes, levies and a lack of social benefits. Ultimately, all this is merely to increase the criminal wealth of a select few.
Jesus Christ or Genghis Khan
The fact that this war violates international law and that war crimes are continually being committed does not prevent government officials in Western states from continuing or supporting these wars.16 Nor are they prevented from doing so by their parliamentarians or judges.
This is shaking the very foundations. Law and order, but also loyalty and faith, are being disregarded. In the West, the law of the strongest, the most cunning, prevails. The comparison drawn by the Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu between Jesus Christ and Genghis Khan is apt.17 Genghis Khan the winner – Jesus the loser. The comparison is indicative of the mindset in these circles
“Epstein countries”
Whilst mullahs are subject to religious laws and rules – which are certainly open to debate – the “West of values” submits to the law of the strongest – and these are obviously criminal networks. – Precisely “Epstein countries”.

Research into the “Epstein Files”– most of which have been redacted – continues to bring new scandalous connections to light. Yet it is not the public prosecutors of the countries concerned who are taking the lead in the legal investigation, but investigative journalists. It is they who are pressing the investigating authorities to take action. At the same time, the case no longer seems to be of interest to the majority of state-funded media.
